Very cool, and limited edition, Italian Clement "Christmas gift box". Specially for Clement dealers I believe and not released to the general public. The parcel / box is still fully NOS / New old stock, in the original plastic wrapper.

According to the box this contains a set of Stratos clincher tires (700-19), a set of butex lightweight inner tubes and a special Clement T-shirt. This does NOT include track and trace.
